Top end PI crashing?

Looking at the numbers since the changes to PI its pretty obvious that the numbers of POCO are no where near what was thought originally and with so many people doing PI there is way over supply vs demand for the top end stuff.
Sure PI products that have a different use besides making customs offices are traded at a higher volume but otherwise the demand just isnt there. And then when you do make P4 items you are left playing 0.1 isk games with everyone else out there who is left with billions invested that they cant sell for decent money and your money is tied up or you sell at little to no profit or even at a loss.
Looks likes the best profit is maknig from extraction to P3?

I only have the amarr frigate punisher but if you wish to increase demand for POCOs i would love to help shoot one,
