Positive Feedback - Semi New Player Experience

Hello Everyone,

I am a relatively new player, my character has been quite some years old but in reality I probably didn't play much in total. I have given Eve Online a try a few times but I just lost interest every time... (unfortunately).

Anyways on to business, I really REALLY love some of the new changes that are currently in Eve.. and generally speaking I really love a lot of the changes to Eve!

Positives:
* Whoever invented the Mobile Tractor Unit! You are awesome! I never knew they existed and yesterday when I was watching some youtube videos on how to earn some ISK I found about about 'Mobile Units'.

One of the most annoying things EVER and many times the reason I quit Eve-Online was because things were so damn slow and annoying. And it were many little things that quickly add up... Generally slowly making me not login anymore and rather just watch other people through streams or just watch news through themitanni.com etc

* The new UI is really nice! I especially love how you guys redesigned the 'Certification' part and how you quickly see now what skills you need to complete that certificate. Certificates have always been a general guideline for me what skills to train to be 'well' in certain aspects of the game but they have always been a incredible pain in the ass to use...

* Scanning with Probes seems to be a lot more user friendly then it used to be... The 4 arrows where you can easily move the probes and increase and decrease the range is very handy. I like it a lot though I can imagine veterans don't like the game to be more newbro friendly.

* The beginner tutorial seems to have some tweaks. I didn't do all the starter missions again. I already did it 3x before when I started the game again the last few times. But I did notice that the tutorials popup msgs have been improved and even though there is a lot to read through many things are well explained.

There are still many new things I need to experience, but I haven't played more then a few hours yet since I started playing again. So currently this is the only feedback I can positive feedback I can give. Tonight I want to explore the map and see what improvements are in there. Because the star map was also a big ugly beast that really confused me a lot.

Negatives:

I don't like the fatigue system for Jump Freighters. I feel they really gimp my experience a lot when moving items from A to B.
I looked forward being in the JF bussiness, but with the jump times now I am not that sure anymore.

How in the hell do you afford a JF playing ~4 months in total.

Fatigue troll spotted.

this is an extremely long winded Jump fatigue wine

if you have only really been playing for four months you should not even be worried about a JF or any jump capable ship

this thread is about what I feel are positive and negative changes from my point of view.
You can agree or disagree but calling me a troll because I voice my opinion what does that say about you?
It is appreciated to give constructed feedback rather then saying im a troll, or say my opinion is just a whine.

It says I've seen far too many badly dressed up "undo fatigue, I want my space teleporters back" threads to retain any semblance of patience with them.

This isn't a feature or idea suggestion.

I have read the forums and reddit a lot and I understand the issue is a sensitive one. I am however not trying to troll.
Its just that for people who like to focus on transporting goods for example for an evening, they are getting a severely gimped experience after the 3rd jump. That's what I find unfortunate.

Well its possible to get into a JF in 4 months, assuming you dont mind being hella gimped in "all other aspects"...

Just about...

My alt was driving an orca in 17 days and a bowhead isnt much behind that in terms of skill train... And from there to a JF wouldnt take much more then a month... So you'd need around 3 months on the outside...

That said we do see an aweful lot of "jump fatigue bad cant drop titans on a solo BS anymore" stories out of the super capital camp...
