Dark pigment on a MUCH LIGHTER background has been incredibly prevalent in the written history of the human race.

Not ******* black on near-black background.

When the Jove Empire collapsed, and then when the seekers found a way to destabilize the listening network, causing a decloaking all over.... Where there still Jove bodies in these outposts, or were they all gone? If so... would the seekers be collecting Jove bodies from the observatories?
