So secure meaning "take my word for it, I wont take your money and run"

this will be the problem you face when trying to get a loan. Saying you can pay it back is no assurance that you will undoubtedly do it, ya dig? there have been far to many scams on MD over the years, makes us with money very skeptical even if you are the most honorable man in the galaxy

For, and I'm sure some of the other serious investors, the main issue isn't with collateral, but the purpose of the loan. You plan to use the funds on a plex, something that is destroyed upon use, and plan to pay back the loan through pve activities. Your primary source of NAV is through ships you will be using in space in dangerous positions to increase your NAV, hopefully, enough to repay principal plus interest. At any second anything could ho wrong and you could lose your primary sources of NAV and your ability to repay this loan. If this were an investment into market activities it would be much more secure, because you could stick to station trading and never place your assets (NAV) in danger of disappearing completely, only decreasing or increasing in value bases on market trends.

To compound the concerns, the assets you'll be using have been loaned or donated to you, which is another red flag. Why were these loaned to you? Are you new? If you're new why is your loan proposal so well thought out, and also so beautifully organized as well? If you're not new, wth are you doing asking for a loan on loaned or donated assets?

If your friends can lend you the assets and help you out they obviously like playing with you, but are u willing to either trust you enough to lend you the isk for a plex, or don't like you enough, or they themselves lack the ability to lend you the isk. All 3 situations also being red flags.

All of this leads me to believe this is a rep grind request, especially the part about your irl problems. If you're having trouble paying $15 a month because of money problems what the hell are you doing playing a video game for almost 4 hrs a day? Get off your but and go make some money for your family, you can't pay bills with isk. And therein lies the final flag for me: An inability to properly prioritize things in your life and the way you play eve. To me this means I wouldn't get my money back because you'd misjudge something and decide repaying my loan isn't as important as something else, or your IRL problems are meant to pull our heartstrings.
