Rounding values - Reprocessing Array vs Station

I've made a note of this before but unfortunately it hasn't gotten any attention and the problem apparently still exists.

There is an issue on TQ since the release of Crius where reprocessing arrays always round numbers down, while station reprocessing always round numbers up. Original thread here: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=362899

I've just tested this again with compressed ore and the exact same problem surfaced.

Reprocessing Array - Total yield: 75,25232%
If I'm doing my math right, 1 block of Compressed Veldspar yields 312,30 Tritanium. The array rounds this down to 312 units of Tritanium.

Station - Total yield: 72,358%
Again, if I'm doing my math right, 1 block of Compressed Veldspar yields 300,29 Tritanium. But in a station this is rounded up to 301 units of Tritanium.

It's hard to believe this has gone unnoticed by devs or players for so long, which kind of makes me doubt myself, but I triple checked this to make sure it's right. As far as I can tell this is what's happened and it's not right. It's inconsistent. Anyone wanna take a minute to verify? I'd love it if someone could explain this to me.
