Press Release 12/04/117
Kor-Azor Prime IV (Eclipticum) - Moon Griklaeum - Kor-Azor Family Bureau

It has been brought to the attention of the Tribunal that an individual named Lord Cakzad Arcashiri has been claiming in public channels and spaces to speak on behalf of, or with the authority of the Tribunal.

We do not presently, nor have we ever, employed Lord Cakzad Arcashiri; neither has he ever been deputised to speak or act on our behalf; all statements and actions taken by the gentleman in question are his own, and do not have the sanction or approval of the Tribunal.

In faith,

The Honourable Dr. Arkon Sarain
Chief Judge
Kor-Azor Roving Tribunal

Has Mr. Arcashiri been barred from joining K-ART, or is his application still being considered?

Would you recommend that Mr. Arcashiri be barred from entering the Elysion?

Roving tribunal.... Is that a fancy term for mob justice?

Ms Rhiannon Dellacorte,

In light of this behaviour, and heretical statements, Lord Cakzad Arcashiri has had his application denied - and any future applications will also be denied by the Tribunal. He has also been barred entrance to the Ashtad.

The matter of his admittance to the Elysion however is not for me to say, if he has not broken either the spirit or letter of your regulations then it would seem ill-mannered of me to ask for his barring. So I leave the matter in the capable hands of Repracor, which have always shown themselves to be admirable and equitable in their management of the Elysion.

In faith,

In my understanding, it's a mobile court house with the authority of the Kor-Azor family, able to bring directly justice to the masses where a standard, static court might not be able to do so as effectively. This is a positive for the people, as it allows for the quick processing of claims and cases.

Is it just my inexperience talking, or has there been an increase in the level of depravity and general insanity in the newest capsuleer graduates lately?

I'm starting to think a psych evaluation for capsuleers in training wouldn't be a bad idea.

They used to have them. I think a second eval should be done just before graduation.

I'm starting to be grateful I can't remember the training. Apparently it can be psychologically pretty hard on us.

Hm.

... no, no, obvious bad idea.

I honestly don't think anyone here would be able to pass that, given our predisposition to chaos and destruction. Also, with role models like Kim and Nauplius, is it any wonder they come out of training trying to live up to these reputations?

In the interest of not discriminateing myself (like Dailar Toralen lol), I apologize if I claimed to be conducting my Investigation under the guise that I was working for the KART. I hope the Roving Tribunal has good luck and grows to be quite powerful.

Now I'm going to completely forget about this And hope you will join me.

I'm sorry I impersonated a court official, your Honor, let's just put this whole thing behind us. It's not like my actions would be considered illegal and worthy of incarceration in nearly every society across the cluster. Right?

I still remember the training, especially the sense deprivation part and that part where half of my skeleton was broken and I'm defecating blood for a week.

And the part where I avoid socialising with people sharing the same med ward by building analogue clocks under the pretense of re-developing finger dexterity after having my fingers recovered from fractures. Again.

Whenever some kid in the Enclave goes "Brother, Brother, I want to be a capsuleer!", I tell them all these stories to see if they change their minds. All of them did.

Good times, good times. It was all electric shock treatment, psychological torture, and solitary confinement for weeks on end. But I didn't break......

Eh, no torture far as I remember it, but the training is very, very physically demanding. You are put in a sense deprivation chamber to help you let go of your concept of your physical form. What was that called again? It's important because they need your brain to cease holding a very strong impression of what your body should be so that it can fully accept a ship, any ship, as your body.

After that, they put you in an approximate of a pod, minus all the goo, and put through the equivalent of warp travel, stargate jumps and high velocity starship maneuvers for physical conditioning. That's the part that kills candidates.

And while you are still sore all over they will also educate you intensely on how to operate a starship as easily as flexing your muscles.

After it's all over they will then have you kill yourself.
