I hate to burst anyones bubble, but I don't believe it is technically illegal in many parts of the cluster to publish personal information, so long as it is a matter of public interest. Since the divulgece in question was related to the holding of a public post, I would imagine that would fall under said classification.

Also, I don't think Capsuleers can be taken to court, since the class exists in a state of quasi-extranationality.

I generally suggest a demand for private arbitration by a panel of impeccable arbitrators. I understand that the right Honorable Doctor Arkon Sarain now operates the Kor-Azor Roving Tribunal. It is apparently a tribunal for voluntary arbitration - whether it is open for utilization for those capsuleers outside of the Amarr peoples I do not know and would like to inquire as to its availability and whether I could be admitted pro hac vice to practice before it.

If a party defaults or does not voluntarily Honor an arbitration judgment (whether a cease and desist permanent injunction or damages award), then damages or contempt sanctions would typically be extracted forceably through salvage by an Honorable Third-Party retained for that purpose.

If voluntary arbitration and honoring the verdict is not agreed upon, there are, of course, other measures that can be taken to firmly encourage participation.
