I do a lot of exploration and end up finding a lot of sites I'm not in a position to exploit at the time but that others may be interested in (gas sites and combat sites for the most part). I'm interested in the idea of selling them, but I'm not sure how to go about doing it, so I have a couple of questions for people who have experience with this sort of thing:

1) How much do you charge?

2) How hard is it to find a buyer?

As for the exchange itself I imagine it's done through contract?

I would recommend contacting the locals i used to have some guys do this for me for ded sites and i paid them the value of the OTE's if i ran them and that can range from 60 -100 mil a site.

But i only did it with alliance members so i could trust them a bit more and was happy to over pay a bit.

sold 10/10 deds in sov space for 150mil, sov space had a specific channel for this sort of thing and the bookmarks were in the station in the system where the site was
