I your honor find him guilty of being foolish and getting caught. As he was unsuccessfull in his plans he is a great shame to gankers everywhere and should be sentenced to mining for 23 hours straight. As your honor is aware ganking is allowed under the laws as outline by the concord assembly.

While this court recognizes ganking and all forms of emergent game play it has yet to be provided with evidence that one QuickSwipe Collier has obtained the required permissions from the recognized parties in this field. I will however add foolishness and getting caught to the charges.
