I have also again removed an off topic post. Please people, the question is not whether it is legal to sell a high sec based Nyx, because this specific one is not docked in high-sec. Otsela is a 0.4 low-sec system.

Because ships of this type are currently not able to dock through normal game mechanics, we feel that any trading of it in its current location would not be appropriate. We have contacted the players involved.

If any player finds themselves in possession of a ship in a location that is not allowed through normal game mechanics then we would ask them to contact Customer Support. Thanks.
