(Someone may say that psychological warfare is done for humor, while it's not or even if they don't know).

Scam 5
Cause and incite miscommunication with constant claims of erroneous use of language, to :
1. justify creating problems
2. interfere against publication of opinion
3. harass and intend to coerce into confusion and justify previous damage by creating false sense of responsiblity in the target victim.
4. perpetrate abuse aimed at destroying memories stored in subconscious and psychologically analyzable by podding them.
[...to therefore take control of their brains (if not poking them with bayonet - in gross violence), like the Drifters would do].
This could possibly stop transfer of consciousness into a fresh clone for revival procedures (since they cannot procreate otherwise)...

Scam 6
Make false claims of damage from target against opposed and/or related parties in attempt, with goals and objectives to:
1. Gain benefit from trying to justify added or unjustified medical and repair costs.
2. Control their assets by illegally have their accounts banned (although it is against the rules).
3. Interfere against who the target would associate with by spreading dissent and bribing their authorities to corrupt them.

Scam 7 and Scam 8 already exist and I didn't include them here at this time.
Edit:
(I'll just add that can have to do with further outcome of the coercion they have caused.
Some of the outcome of the coercion they cause is try to pass the responsibility of the result onto their target.

It is also aimed to hide their intentions further and covertly justify additional and repeated multiple counts of attacks.

They also suggest it is better not to mention those scams so that they can continue to receive support for their perpetration.)

Scam 7
Try to cover up their actions to remain covert and harder to detect to:
1. Prevent proper investigative practices to succeed, given the circumstances the target are subjected to, to therefore be unable to expose them...
2. Further exponentially increase the outcomes of their efforts by implementing rules in their group to allow to tax the target additionally.

Scam 8
Even charge money for others in my own threads, or the threads of others to:
1. Prevent problems to arise and try to dismantle opposition against them, whether it is fair or not.
2. Add to their ingame incomes to further invest into more psychological warfare.
3. Hide unacceptable loses, and blame it on the target for added spoils of war.

I am terribly sorry, but I will have to disappoint you in this as CCP does not supply us with sufficient funds to outsource some of our work. However, I am pleased to let you know that I have other means at my disposal for solving this particular problem.
I can also say that the possibility of English being the secondary or tertiary language of the OP (if this is the case is something I can not confirm) might only be a small part of the problem. As an example, English is my secondary language as well and I like to believe my posts to be quite understandable for the general reader on this forum.
