Question regarding SKINs and Character transfers

Not sure if this has been answered, if it has please point me towards the answer.

When transferring characters will the rules be changed to allow skins to be included in the price of the character or will it be possible to reverse the process and use them for other characters?

They are applied account-wide, as I understand, so the most likely thing will be that the character loses access to the SKINs when it leaves the related account.

whoa, what? account-bound? I don't think that's accurate. click through the dev posts in this thread and you'll find every mention of binding involves character rather than account.

I think this is two questions. First is the matter of mentioning SKIN on the character. As far as market goes, once a SKIN is applied, it is consumed and therefore effectively destroyed in terms of value. It's something you could mention, but can be easily dismissed or downplayed by the buyer as unimportant.

I don't think ISD or CCP will drop the hammer on you for mentioning SKINs on a character for sale. You can mention implants and they let that slide right now.

Reversing SKINs and returning them to market is definitely not even hinted at by devs in the comments thread. That would be bad for their value, and gimp sales.

Put some other clothing on the char in the recustomization instead of the valueable one you have. When you save it the thing should appear in your hangar and you can do with it whatever you want.

Are you going to fight me or do you expect to bore me to death with your forum pvp?
