I have a question regarding "being the villain".

Greetings. I am a new player, a polite man with a broken leg and too much time on his hands, I do not insult people and I simply aim to play the game as people told me it is being played.

I must say that I am absolutely pleased by the possibilities eve online has to offer and I already made friends through attempted ransom and killing players of my character's age. Though one admitted bitterness after fitting a new ship, he also admitted that I am a gentleman and kindly retracted the public killright he had on me.

So far for my introduction and on to my question.


I have been asking several people in different chatrooms within the game, but no one was able to give me a precise answer. I only ever got rather weird responses, which only indirectly had anything to do with my question. For example:


  • Radiant Emery > Hector Skunk you're a bad person

  • GATQS Prometheus > sheeeiittt

  • Tadamichi > Hector Skunk lol funny

  • Frem Dustdancer > Hector Skunk +1 haha

  • Ron Jonsohn > hahahahah

  • Tisiphone Dira > I feel bullied.



In absense of a proper response and as this seems to be the forum of the "bad people", I thought asking here would make the most sense.




My question, or questions actually, are quite short and simple.


  • Is it legal within the game's rules to tell people that Mance dies at the end of the first episode of series five of game of thrones?

  • Is it legal within the game rules to tell people that Jaqen is back, Sansa stays with Peter and we will see Barristan have his first fight in one of the first episodes?

It's like when I tell my kids (afterwards) I knew what was going to happen in the Hobbit. They are completely baffled that there are these huge chunks of paper with strange runes printed on them which tell you the future of movies and tv series.

The amount of hostility and paranoia in this game is fascinating. But what's even more fascinating is the amount of exploitable individuals, who constantly beg to be told what they want to hear.
