Can't create new character

I'm trying to create a new character to get back into the swing of things, but, when I click amarr, then the race, I get to the customization screen, it won't let me put pants on, even through randomization, the option just isn't there, thus not allowing me to move forward.


edit: fixed it, with repair tool and redownloading updates
