Heads up to the Incursion communities: QuickSwipe Collier.

Sits in incursion channels / tries to get into fleet and ask if fleets are up. Likes to also fly a "Salvage Imicus" and likes to try an organise ganks on Incursion runners.

Although the evidence is questionable at best I believe the OP has leveled a potentially legitimate complaint against a fellow capsuleer. The Court of Crime and Punishment (thinking of and abbreviation for this) will now hear this case. I warn both parties that false claims are dealt with by use of harsh fines.

Correct on all accounts. However, you still have not stated as to why you decided, today, whilst maintaining a rapport in the incursion channel, you also where in the minerbumping channel attempting to arrange a gank on the communies you where sat chatting too? (See Exhibit A for screenshot). Could you explain for the court the reason behind this happening?

Please understand that many incursion runners have eyes everywhere, many are alts of corps such as goonswarm and black legion. Using your main character that you are chatting with in an incursion channel to also arrange a gank in another, widely known channel does not seem to have been the smartest of ideas. Why not simple use an alt.

I do not state that channels are not there for chatting in, nor that you fly in lowsec with an incursion community. Only that you, with direct evidence provided, attempt to arrange gank on the incursion community. Please do not try and sway this topic, maintain on course.

So you are just accusing me of planning to gank incursion runners? No ****, who hasn't planned to harvest those shiny mods. Dam if I actually wanted that ****, it is shiny XD. But sure, I planned it, execution is unsucssful at this point though.

The accusation, not unfounded, was to bring this to the attention of the incursion community and other communities as a whole.

This is now to be left in the hands of the Court of Crime and Punishment (it really does need an abbreviation). May the Gods have mercy on your soul.


Honestly though; who knows, you might get offers from more ganking people now. While I have, hopefully, shut one door for you, (I won't want to be in incursion fleets with you from now on as I am sure others won't) I may have, inadvertently, opened you another.

ahhhhh Quickwipe what shall we do with him...

As someone that has spoken to him on a number of occasion I will say this

it does not surprise me, he has a level of disregard towards his fellow pilots that has on occasion left even my forgiving nature stunned.

we tried to help him see the errors of his ways but he was relentless in his dream of being a asshat of the highest calibre

-he screws up miners, No matter the skill level

-pops cans outside of stations

-hits mission runners with his little gang of mates and

-runs away when actual pvp is asked of him

.... incursions seems like a logical step for this pilot of the shadow path

Quickswipe may be an annoying little brat, and is one of the few people in eve that I have blocked (seriously, I'd rather talk to veers), but hes hardly a master awoxer. He is however a wannabe scam artist. The thought that he could organize a new order gank fleet is laughable.

I your honor find him guilty of being foolish and getting caught. As he was unsuccessfull in his plans he is a great shame to gankers everywhere and should be sentenced to mining for 23 hours straight. As your honor is aware ganking is allowed under the laws as outline by the concord assembly.
