Unable to exit WH

Our corp moved into a WH about 2 weeks ago and once I got in didn't have much reason to exit. But last Saturday I noticed when I warped to the exit WH the was no "button" to interact with the WH. Nothing to right ckick on that would bring up the normal window associated with WH's where I could previously clck information or to enter, etc. There just isn't anything there to interact with.

Did my newness to the WH life upset Bob? So now he won't allow me to leave? Thank you for your help.

Wormholes move daily.

Read this (there's a post exactly like yours down a page or two):

Assuming you're not a failure and didn't realise that WH's move daily, it could be that it hasn't downloaded via the Download on Demand thinggy CCP added last patch. It has locked me out from being able to jump a WH while it was loading previously. You may have to turn it off and download whatever you're missing. It's what I did.

Did you
a) warp to the bookmark where you entered the wormhole system and are surprised to find nothing there, or
b) probe out an exit wormhole and you can not interact with the said wormhole?

If it is a) then you have to use the probes you hopefully brought with you to scan down the current exit wormhole, warp there and fly out again.

If it is b) then maybe your overview needs to be adjusted. Set the overview to show wormholes, click it and you should be able to interact. Or maybe your entire interaction window is gone. then you should simply open it first.

I shall endevor to be more clear. The worm hole is there as the pulsating graphic associated with a WH is present. I can warp to a BM a Corp member has marked, or I can scan down the WH with my own probes and warp to 0. Either way, there is no way for me to interact with the WH that is clearly present.

BayneNothos, I will give that a try. Thank you.

The drifters have set up a camp on the other side of said WH and, using their devices, have turned the WH polarization to allow for only one-way travel.

Prepare to be purged from WH space by the drifters.

In all seriousness, no idea. File a petition using F12 and someone will help you, or wait for the next WH to come around.

Sounds like you need to work on your overview? Try the option "show all brackets" as a start..

even if he doesn't have wormholes on overview, an autistic fit of rage clicking on the wormhole in space should select it regardless.

were there any npcs floating around the hole?

All brackets were selected. WH's are selected. I was able to interact with the WH when I came into the system. Somehow I became unable to interact with them anymore. The only thing present, other than the WH itself, is the BM. There is no clickable to interact with the WH graphic. When I get home from work I'll try the D/L on demand thing and report back.

I've seen it a few times where the graphic is still there for the WH, but the actual connection had already collapsed. Not recently mind you, but bugs don't go away easily.

My name is Jonn Duune, and I wholeheartedly support the message posted above.

That's a no shitter.

I cleared the character cache and checked for the downloader to download everything. We'll see what happens after I get home from work today. I really don't want to have to download the client since that means multiple overviews I have to reset up.

You can export your overview then import it after you do a fresh install.
It's a good idea to have it backed up just in case anyway.

Some days I wonder how I manage to take a wizz and not get my feet wet.

Today.
Is one of those days.

Turns out it was the overview. But it wasn't a problem.
It was just doing exactly what I was telling it to do.

On one of my overview tabs I had neglected to check WH's.
So when I switched tabs from outside the WH to inside the WH. I, of course, now can't interact with any WH's that lead out of ours because in the new tab WH's aren't checked.

*sigh*
