Your amount of proof makes me question the validity of your claim. I suspect there is more going on here than meets the eye. What evidence do you have?

You do realize, I hope, that he would fit in well in almost any of our corps(if he's cool)?

Whoa speak for yourself sir. I have never nor will ever commit a criminal act in this game. Furthermore I have honored my word in every deal I have ever struck and always follow a strict set of personal guidelines when interacting with this fine universe.

Wait what am I reading. Is this honestly the case brought before us? This case can not even be looked at until it is... well a case...

This was an insulting waste of this courts time and as such I am levying a 3BIL ISK fine against the OP. Let this be a lesson to all that wasting our time with a 9 word accusation and no story or evidence will not be tolerated. We can review this case after the fine has been paid and some sort of evidence or at least a write up consisting of more then 9 mere words is provided.

Surely if there was a crime committed, there would be proof of that crime. Not only has OP decided to not offer such evidence, clearly because it was he himself who committed the crime, but he has chosen to sully the good name of a fellow corp mate in order to cover it up.

We will allow this. The case is reopened and the counter claim is accepted. We will await further evidence from either side for a time then bring it before a jury of his peers.
