Looking for a PVP focused Chimera pilot without any glaring holes in their training. Specialisation is preferred over all rounders as I have little use for another subcap pilot. Good drone/shield skills are a must. Don't particularly care about standings or sec status.

Budget is around 26b, though I can go higher for something special (Archon skills would be nice)
