Is the only way to play with sov on Sisi? I assume like TQ everything is up for grabs, so if I were to go grind catch you guys could/would take it from my alliance?

I want to Sov and am just not sure the best way to do it singularity.

Sov can be taken by anyone in an alliance on SISI (Assuming you follow the rules and don't take it from someone else)

This alliance is just there to provide for people who don't have their own alliance/cannot create an alliance.
