Cannot log-in - client crashes while "Processing Bulk Data"

Last night my game crashed while I was in Planet Mode.

I could not exit Planet Mode, dock, or use the Esc key to bring up my exit screen.

I was forced to use Ctrl-Alt-Delete to exit the game.

Upon relaunching, I was not able to log in, as no input box for Username and Password would appear.

I tried clearing cache, and ran the repair tool to no avail.

Internet research suggested it may be network problem, and since there was a bit of thunder and lightning I chalked it up to weather.

This morning I tried again. This time the launcher displays the Username and Password, and allows me to log in, however the game freezes at the "Processing Bulk Data" window.

I uninstalled and re-installed the game. Did not fix.

I'm at a loss, and cannot play Eve :(

The problem is now fixed...Big smile

I had to run rescache.exe (twice).

It took awhile, no problem files were found, but many missing files were downloaded.
