In the info thread I see a considerable amount of monies allocated to purchasing mining equipment. Yet not one ISK allocated for the purchase of mining permits. This makes your venture very high risk.

The chance of an investor losing heavily because your mining equipment was in violation of The New Halaima Code Of Conduct is significant. For me this oversight makes me feel you may not be taking adequate precautions and care of your investors' interests. I suggest you consider this oversight seriously if you want investors to take you seriously. For me it's a definite red flag and red pen.

I must say, very noble intentions with a thought-out direction. Blink

However, for an alliance in Hisec, that amount of starting equipment would be over the top, lack of mining permits notwithstanding. Pirate What's more - one wouldn't want to be tangled with anything mining-related in Hisec for the next few months-years due bubbles in Mexallon and Pyerite.

I haven't checked the website, but have you explained how you will manage ~5.7bil isk in interest payments each month, in addition to paying your regular monthly fees, aaaand paying back principle investments?

If they secede from the Amarr Empire then Amarr Faction Police, Amarr navy, and Concord may have something to say.
I am curious how they intend to get around taxes in empire.

I REALLY like the loyalty point idea. I wanted to do something like that with TAUTX, by creating another corporation and handing out shares as loyalty points for whatever, and allow players to cash them in for some kind of tautx reward. By i could never figure out what the rewards would be....i was thinking so many points used might equal free entry into any public lotteries I hosted. Cool idea!

Yeah its a pretty good system I have created so far, just alot of work with web coding. Cant wait to test it out and see how it goes, should work out well. I may post some more information on it.
