Not smooth. I know the owner of Gumbumper personally. I can say with absolute certainty, he has no intent to sell it. I just spoke to him on the phone. If you're dumb enough to accept transfer of this character, you deserve the lifetime ban.

Good luck selling it though.

GUMBUMPER HAS BEEN HACKED!!! This character I would never sell, it will go with me to the end of my gaming days!!!!! I hope the person who is trying to maliciously attack my computer and my account is caught and banned for their UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR. CCP notified me initially through email and let me know my account has been compromised. Just imagine someone trying to do this to your account on Christmas Eve...what a gift right??? NOT!!!! CCP hasn't responded yet to my email and when they do they can reference MENLO PARKER account with Gumbumper and see that the 2 accounts are paid by the same credit card. ALL I HAVE TO SAY TO THE INDIVIDUAL THAT IS BEHIND THIS IS "KARMA" IS REAL and your mother must be proud of the pile of crap she brought into existence!!!!

Not what your looking for, but in your budget.

if your looking to use the tengu to do missions:

I used a sleipnir for Lv.4's I'll include the fit (not the fitting or the ship but the fit i used) to run ministry of war missions as efficiently as any tengu or CNR can.

700+ dps at great range, 900+ dps with a mwd to move around, plenty of tank, no problems on any mission for Ministry of war (amarr)
