Is there a single Gallente pilot on this forum who would not help the intaki if they actually wanted to be "Liberated"?

Speak up if you would not.

This is a weird thing to even consider I mean how do you free people who might not even want what you consider freedom?

Should someone not fight for there own freedom? Or at least cry out for it?

Tristan

I am not Gallente pilot, but I would want them to be liberated! (but how I understood from the discussion earlier, no Gallente pilot of Gallente origin would stand for Intaki Liberation, as it is Gallente who want to keep them under control)

I am pretty sure Her Majesty could provide shelter for the Syndicate to liberate them from heretical influence, should they turn themselves into Faith. If they will be under divine protection, Federation won't dare to attack them!

Everything can be solved peacefully (instead of "fighting for their freedom"), and all you and all of them need to do is to pray.

Under control?

The Federation is not this great, oppressive entity squashing the Intaki under its proverbial thumb or herding them like cattle.

It is an amusing irony that so many outside of the Federation are engaging in the very activity that so many decry the Gallente for; meddling in affairs they do not understand and interjecting their own ignorant opinions as if they have some right or credential to do so.

If you're determined to interject your opinions on the matter, at least educate yourselves accordingly first. The Intaki Liberation Front, the Intaki Perspective and the Intaki Syndicate have all been misrepresented more than once in this discussion alone. That's not even mentioning the misrepresentation of the Federation and its relationship to any of these entities as well.

Mademoiselle Hanaya,

Your empress would do well to keep her nose out of Federal affairs and focus inward, I would offer you the same advice.

One thing I have learned repeatedly and often to my considerable frustration during my time Capsuleering, mister Antolliere, is that ranks of the Caldari are no less riddled with the occasional hypocrite then any other group in the cluster, despite what some may like to assert.

For instance, I do believe that one of the Caldari I've seen promoting "inevitable" Intaki independence recently is one of the same who heckled me for suggesting an increased degree of autonomy or societal power for the Achur, just a handful of months ago.

I thought I was rather supportive - I hope I'm not the hypocrite you're referring to.

No, not you, Pieter.

Besides, you're not exactly flag waving for the Intaki here, regardless.

Syndicate is not Federation, and it is better your keep your nose out of their business!! If they will turn themselves to Faith, we will protect them from ones like you!

Yes! Go away! And leave them alone!

Well, I was boosting the idea of them being able to choose for themselves who they wish to associate with, so in that sense... Still, I think I get what you mean. Glad it wasn't me.

Perhaps we have a misunderstanding.

The Federation does leave the Syndicate well enough alone. If you suspect otherwise, perhaps you should spend some time there and do some proselytizing? I'm sure the natives would be quite receptive to your work.

Wow, we have capsuleers from all four empires trying to get the Syndicate in their fold now.

Can the Ammatar be 'left alone' too, by that logic ?

Don't you think it is the responsibility of those that feel oppressed to do something about it themselves? If they are not putting the effort in then they do not deserve to be 'saved'. If you see is a group that needs help with such matters then go and help them. It is a rather simple matter.

What kind of coffee and how did you roast and brew it?

Right now a brew from a green strain of bean. The thing about coffee is that, as I have found in cargo hauls all over the Empires, that there are worlds in every Empire that has a strain or berry whose bean is very good for coffee making. Tea is the same way, I suppose.

Maybe the universe is bound together by caffeine, who can say.

Right, roasting is with a temperature controlled custom roaster, did the design work on it so that the temperature can be precisely controlled as well as an evenly roasted batch as possible, that way if we are roasting for dark, light, or medium we can get the result we want.

I have a small location on Intaki where we do the roasting ourselves, nothing commercial yet, but laying in a good supply of coffee for my ship crews takes a crew in and of itself. *chuckles* In fact, we have approval to start a coffee planting not far from the property, selecting strains that can be controlled and won't invade the ecosystem, there are even beans native to the world that we are looking at for roasting and new blends.

I have a wood burning roaster at my place on Intaki as well for nostalgia purposes.

One of those things,, i'm not always out there running cargoes or supervising industrial construction contracts.

If you wish, I can arrange to have a shipment sent to the station of mutual convenience.

I too have been content to monitor this discussion as it's focus has moved from point to point.

My notes suggest it should prove educational, as it gives an indication of people's (mis)understanding of the Intaki independence movement, and in particular of the Intaki Liberation Front.

This will help set the tone and focus of any future announcements by the ILF and IPI.

Just briefly on the topic of the Intaki Syndicate, there are a range of opinions within the ILF regarding our exiled cousins, and while there are some who might favour fostering deeper relations with them, current IPI policy focuses our attention at home.

Monsieur Bataav,

I know I do not know the intricacies of your movement and if I have misspoken or demonstrated a misunderstanding in some area, please enlighten me. Should you choose to do so here or in private does not matter to me; but I would prefer to rectify any misunderstandings I may have.

You have my thanks in advance.
