Yeah, unless we can work something out where we all fight in Ibises. I need to hedge against losses.

Can't risk a multi-billion isk fleet for nothing. I'm sure some of the other punishment reps feel the same way.

I don't move my security fleet out of Umokka without cash.

Now, if you come to my neighborhood, that's different...

I don't normally take that kind of risk, but ok. It's kind of high dollar for me.

If you want to fight Ibi (the plural of Ibis?), I'm in.

Concerning the possibility of Ibi being a word, I recently discovered that the plural of "beef" is "beeves." I like eating beeves.

Are you a purist (all civilian fit) or just whatever you can shoehorn on it?

I haven't checked to see if civilian components are available on the market, but if they are lets do that. Whatever ammo and drones you want. Everything else civilian.

I like the idea of a full civilian KM.

If civilian stuff isn't on the market , load up whatever you want. I don't want CODE to have to slaughter a noob system to get enough civilian components for our Ibi-off.

You might get petitioned (but it would be funny as hell).


Ps- we need to notify Veers, we might be able to support his "No Newbro Left Behind" initiative by driving the price of civilian components up? If we paid enough for them, loads of people would support the initiative. Hadn't considered it, but for a cause as critical as this we should think on it.

Should I just bring two ships with the exact same build or just send you the fit ahead of time? Also we'll need to find a day to do this. This weekend is no good for me (between an Eve meet up here in the city with *fingers crossed* CSM Jayne Fillion in attendance, and it being my birthday weekend) but I'd be readily available either Saturday the 18th or Sunday the 19th, whichever is most convenient for you.

Perhaps from here we should take it to mail to hammer out details.

and yes, I can even offer 0.02 ISK to pirates if the offer is worth it to bait them.
Alternately, perhaps some pirate want to hunt down some target or enemy pirate who annoys them...

I'm still awaiting my isk for the pirate bowhead I killed. To be frank this kill should be paid out like several individual kills as it was hauling several pirate ships to conduct even more pirate deeds. One could even argue that this blow to pirate logistics will severely inhibit pirate activities across new eden.

Perhaps you want to send me one of your valid contract form before we can agree to some sort of negotiation or counter-offer.
I wouldn't want to be too harsh on you and be taking unfair advantage of the transaction offer you are proposing.

Btw, what if I was to charge interest on the kills offer you mention prior to my approval?
I don't think it would affect the capital of the transaction, except for the fact that the ship involved is a capital ship.
I'm sure you'll agree that it takes capital to charge interest on.
It's like tax evasion.

The point is, I don't have enough funds left now, and I could have gotten 3b to 6b worth of ISK to invest into piracy punishment systems.
It's good to prevent damage.
It's also good to punish them for damage to deter them from continuing piracy against good and honest clients.
+ The more we invest in it, the easier it will be to prevent their expansion to be uncontrolled.
