Your character received a relatively low valuation for it's total SP mainly because you have a mixed training path, spread between both industry and combat skills. I think you do have many viable combat skills, however much of the important damage related areas are undertrained for what most people would be looking for in a combat character. Having only one BS V trained and no capitals means an interested buyer would also need to value the industry training you have in order to justify the above price, increasing the average length of your potential sale in order to find that buyer.
