Ladies and Gentlemen of the C&P Board of Inquiry, I move to have the OP's case thrown out due to lack of evidence. The proofless lies of the OP have slandered the good name of my client.

While it is true that my client has had a short tenure with the OP's corp, there is no evidence at all linking my client to the incident. It is my belief that Daniel Weise has in fact been set up as the scapegoat for this crime.

I am now accusing the OP, Niir Deninard , of his OWN CORP THEFT!!! (pause for gasps)

I will now present my case, which will be backed up with the same amount of evidence that the prosecution has presented in their case, but mine will be backed up by both my reputation, and common sense.

Daniel Wiese was hired by Outdated Host Productions on April 8th, 2015. At that time, he passed the application and thorough screening process that Outdated Host Productions has in place. Daniel was an eager young man, who only wished to prove himself to his new corp. He had done everything they had asked of him without question. Niir Deninard asked Daniel to come to the POS several times during that day, and to retrieve small items and move them to another station. It was at this time that Niir Deninard and his accomplice Jeremy Hill had decided that they had found the perfect patsy for their long planned theft of corporate assets.

As soon as Daniel and a sufficient number of active corp members in the area had logged off, Niir and accomplices removed all the ships from the corp's SMAs. Before they were able to move onto other hangars, another member of the corp unexpectedly logged in and noticed the ships had gone missing. Having planned for this contingency, Niir immeadiately placed blame for the missing ships on Daniel, saying that he had personally witnessed him moving back and forth from the POS.

What Niir failed to realize at this time is that Daniel, being a brand new member, would surely have never been given roles or permissions to access the POS in the first place! Meaning that only an established member of the corp would have been able to pull this off!!! ( pause for more gasps and whispers )

Having whipped the few logged in members of the alliance into a frenzy, Niir had the CEO kick Daniel from the corp in an attempt to cover up the crime. Mr Deninard and Mr Hill then ran straight to evewho to slander Daniel's name, and then Mr Deninard made this thread in C&P in order to further bury my client under more false accusations.

I now call on the precedent set forth from the ruling from children vs. the classroom where it was ruled that 'He who smelt it, dealt it.', and now have shown that Niir Deninard was the sole member to say that Daniel had stolen the ships, therefore it was Niir himself who committed the crime!

I now ask that the C&P Board to do the right thing, and let my client go, and arrest Niir Deninard and his accomplice Jeremy Hill for the crimes of Grand Theft Spaceship and Character Defamation!

I rest my case.

The court has heard the case and the jury's decision stands. Case dismissed. A new case will now be put forward against the OP for the crimes in question.

(Enters the courtroom in a hurry)

Sir People of the jury before the ruling is final. I put a motion before the court! I have evidence that no only did the op lie about the theft of assets from his corp, but he also contributed the the current civil war in the Brave collective. I will of course provide proof to you your honor in private at the time of your choosing. In sure the jury will agree that the op must be charged and fined for the brave men and women fighting for their lives. 1 billion isk to my charity for the lost brave pilots will help ease some of the suffering the op had caused.
