No longer get typeNames through eve/CharacterName ?

Hello.
Before Crucible update, request like this
https://api.eveonline.com/eve/CharacterName.xml.aspx?ids=1317
returns typeName.
But after update it returns 130 error code (All input must be valid ownerIDs or typeIDs).
It is a bug or now i can find typeNames only in static dump?

Static dump, they are trying to reduce the request imo.
