I don't think blopping sounds like something we should do in a game.

Check the EULA to see what is says. I'm near certain you can't do that.

We killed a pirat nestor yesterday, you can send the moneys to me. I'll make sure they are used to kill more pirats later.

means to :
use a Black Ops (Black Operations) ship to send ships through a Jump Portal to a Covert Cyno, jumps away.


All right, well, I'll sort out the mess later.

In the meantime, it took me another 3 hours to answer this and other thread yesterday.
I'll be getting more income and capital to cover my bases instead of posting in forums thread.

EVE Mail communication or other forms of communication will be easier.
It will avoid more interference or snooping on communications.
I also found a communication officer so she may be able to work with it, depending.
Who knows, she may be able to integrate attacks on my communication in some counter-attack offensive or defense.

I may not have the time to read this for another week or so.
Additionally, I am still better to get more capital before posting more on the forums.
It can be costing me more in the worst times.

I don't see how 6 hours of posting and even taking some of my available EVE Tranquility client time can add up at $10 cost.
That's almost 400m ISK worth to me.

If you are just going with a general definition, I'm assuming by Pirat you mean anyone flying a minmatar ship or unlicensed industrials.

Once you clarify, we can check our killboards for services rendered. I would think an opening contract would honor the last 30 days. Is that cool?

Has Veers approved this contract? (If not, please contact him in game for approval/fees)

Also, did I offer my arbitrage services? I like to think of mysef as an ethical vender of 3rd party isk holding services.

Also, since this is the bona fide, good to the bone, bones on the flag forums of the legit pirates, legit being that yes, they deserve indictment or worst, these negotiation will be better handled on other channels.
Like one might say, I don't negotiate with terrorist, for whatever it's worth to them or to others, it would prevent errors.

This is the crime and punishment sub forum,
Most of those with affiliations with the crime side of this forum have in their profiles either CODE. or a crime/privacy reference. I do not.

I, and many of the other regular posters, are affiliated with the punishment side of the forum.

I have a good security status which shows I don't do criminal activity. I consider myself to be something akin to a deputy of Concord. Killing criminals/aggressors is something of a past time for me.

Many of the other posters on this page feel the same way. You will notice substantial representation from the Somali Coastguard, a corp who specializes in anti-piracy (and named their corp for it).

Feel free to check my sec status or request references on the forums. I would argue that this is the premier forum for this type of post.

If this operation is to move forward towards execution, I would be happy to help you outline the rules of your contract so that we may bring the Pirates of your choice to justice.

As I said before, many of those in this forum are punishment reps who are here to manage the pirate population.

If you prefer to deal directly with an anti-pirate authority, I can recommend some of those to you. The Somali Coastguard Authority I referenced above have a shining reputation. Don Purple and Leto Thule run similar organizations.

We're on your side, just help us understand what you are offering and we will see how we can help you.
