Not hard questions to answer. And until answered is not worth 40 billion isk.



1. The character doesn't have any implants.
2. The last pilot in high/low sec was killed more than 3 years ago.
3. There is 0,15 isk in the wallet.





The price will not get lower than 40b fnd in two weeks it will increase to 1b
