2011-04-25. Shared distribution completed. You have until next Sunday the 30th of April 2011 to lodge a complaint should you have not received any shares and feel you should have.

This is the last official announcement from the EBANK Board of Directors.

Liquidation
EBANK is liquidating.

Why?
Because.

How?
Shares will be issued to verified account holders, one share per full one million ISK. Dividends will be issued as and when funds become available.

When?
Now. You have until the 1st of December 2010 to verify your account, after that no more shares will be issued and your balance will be forfeit.

Verification
If you have supplied us with your API or BLEEP key then your role in the process is done. The bank will review your account and issue shares if no warning flags are raised.

Last Word
Never, ever invest in a 'bank' again.

I have no answer at this time to the question about the projected total dividends that will be paid out.

Sorry to ask I'm just curious, EBANK was well before my time, but I thought that one of the directors scammed and made off with all the money? How and why are you still able to pay money back?

It was the CEO who ran with some of the isk but before everything could be taken I was able to grab most of the stuff that he (Ricdic) hadn't stolen yet. The rest of the assets that I didn't get and he didn't get were left on a banned account, and we've no clue what those assets amounted to.

The money is being paid back by liquidating the assets that were saved and by trying to turn a profit on a couple of things when we have the time to.

Oh Yeah Eve is just a sci-fi game, and a lot of players just get so serious.
This is like a simulation of real social system, but 100 times less complex.

First off, hope everyone had a happy holiday season.

Secondly, yes another small dividend payment was made but I'll have more information on that later today as well as other news. (and no Brock, we are not reopening. EBANK is dead)
