Looking to hire manpower.

Hello as you can read per topic I'm in the need of manpower. I'm looking for individuals that don't mind following and taking orders as told when needed. I'm not going in to what kind of pvp or Business I may run in the eve sandbox.

Are you tired of grinding for hours for your account to be ready to be plex every month?
Well this could be a great job for you as a pvper.

Requirements..are...

Must use team speak three
Must be a team player
Doesn't mind following orders or taking orders.
Must move toons around to different corps
Must be willing to do different jobs including pirating
Must fly mandatory doctrines or willing to train for them
Hac hic t2 guns or missiles is a plus....
must be willing to fly in different time zones mainly Eastern standard


I'm very fair on mount of time I need from you. Their could be time we won't be busy and time we could be flat out busy for few weeks at a time.

What do u get out of all this? Well a nice plex card per month. For giving me your man power when I need u and were I need u.
All parties interested just me a line and API to just your skills and kill board..

Currently in need of TEN pvpers. Looking to have 10 different people not 10 accounts of one person.

Either you're recruiting for some corp of yours, and you need Recruitment Center, or you're trying to set some permanent purple posse (PPP !), and you need C&P.

In either case, you're doing it wrong. PLEX don't buy respect.

third party will hold the plex cards :-) terms in writing with agreed contract. They will decide the out come if any issues come about! great question thanks!

I think he's at greater risk of hiring people who don't have the capability to do what he wants, because they are wearing PLEX colored glasses, driven by greed.

A lot of people with the capability aren't going to be motivated by a PLEX.

5 seconds of effort would've led you to the correct forum for recruiting. I sure hope your fly-by-night pvp4plex scheme has more effort applied to it.

Although I agree with your findings, when stating such harsh verdict I would take extra care to make no mistakes myself.
