Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. I have been looking for a inexpensive laptop I can bring to work so I can play. Could someone tell if this one will work. It is: ASUS K53TA BBR6 Quad Core 2.3GHz 4GB 500GB Radeon A6650. Doesn't have to be great just as long as it will fill the minimum requirements.

What is "Radeon A6650"? Wikipedia doesn't know such GPU.

I have laptop with dual-core 2.40 GHz, 4 GB, "Mobility Radeon HD 5650". I havn't had any trouble playing EVE with this laptop with max settings except no AA, and I can even run 2 clients at once (one minimized while playing in other). However I mostly do station trading and small missions so I have not tried any big battles, but I believe they should also work at least with lower settings.

So if "Radeon A6650" is at least as good as my "Mobility Radeon HD 5650" I believe that you should have no trouble playing EVE in that laptop.

Thx for the info Malaire. It appears from this website I found your graphics card and the one I am interested are both class 2 cards. Rated from class 1 to class 3 for all graphic cards. http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-HD-6650M.43962.0.html

I bought an Asus K51 back in '09 and it's still handling Eve like a desktop.
