I just came back to Eve and rejoined a null sec group after a long break. Since then I've done some CTAs and things on my character and promptly received a month long Jump Fatigue Timer to go with it. Great.

So now what CCP? Do I just log out and not play for a month until the timer expires? Being in a null sec corp requires the use of jump bridges and bridging Titans to participate in any large null sec PvP related activity. Without the ability to do so frequently I'm basically stuck ship spinning until it expires or doing some PvE.

It's also not like I'm freighting a ton of supplies or flying a game changer like a super. My single impact to the battle in my subcap is fairly minor but this timer completely limits my ability to do the activity I enjoy. Some might say well, just slowboat it to the battle. We all know that's near impossible, flying solo in null sec in a logi for example is a great way to end up with a loss mail and has a fairly negative impact on group play.

I'm not a fan of the jump fatigue mechanic at least not in it's current state. I would like to see it removed for subcaps at the very least and ultimately removed from the game entirely. It doesn't make sense that I can die and have my conscious instantly wake up in a new clone half way across the galaxy but can't jump a couple of systems at once with my Rifter. What's next, med clone fatigue?

Welcome back to EvE CCP added difficulty back into the game. Enjoy. Also, jump fatigue has not stopped capital slug fests, or hot drops, etc. Though it is funny to see a roaming gang of titans use a gate.

Full month of space aids is surprisingly hard to get without actually working to stack it. Yes it is anoying, but if you even slightly keep track of it, you can easily keep it in check.

I'd rather have to keep track of med clones then a timer that completely limits my ability to participate in the game. At least only the top % of players have any impact and usually have the financial resources to deal with it.

The jump fatigue mechanic is just a punishment for playing the game.

Honestly I work 9-5 5-6 days a week and have fairly limited time to play Eve except for in a short burst each weekend. Thus I need to get my ops fix fairly rapidly while I have a chance. Now I have a 30 day sin bin for doing just that. The four day Easter weekend and the hype of Fights Fights FIghts! certainly didn't help any.

Yeah CCP really should add more ships then the 3-4 they have in game now.

We almost always have small stuff fleets (Frigate/cruiser, smalls don't use bridges) going out with large stuff. Not sure how your fleets are run, but our fleets also generally rtv for gate to gate travel when enough people call for space aids.

You on the other hand do not seem to have that luxury, so suffer the consequences and start planning your jumps to keep fatigue low.

Pro tip: For optimal travel, only jump when your fatigue timer hits 9 minutes 59 seconds.

With your one month fatigue time, you must have jumped 6 times max range in a row.

You would have completed that kind of trip faster with the 1h jumping

Jump Fatigue is great. It is the best thing that has been introduced in years. If you can not defend your Space you probably have too much of it.

its not wrong at all, means more people can use caps without fear of being hotdropped from across the map, they can use gates now so maybe use them? slowcat fleets?
