how much does this increase a chars sale value? assuming you have the gang link skilsl maxed to 5? (the skills being Armored Warfare Specialist , Information Warfare Specialist, Siege Warfare Specialist, Skirmish Warfare Specialist , Warfare Link Specialist )

and does one need to skill up fleet skills for fc or is that not really needed for fleet boosting?
