New Structures and NPC industrial goods

With the new focus on structures from CCP I feel that bringing NPC trade goods into the PI loop would also make sense, for instance the description of Hydrogen Batteries reads :

"The use of hydrogen batteries has become an international standard both in industry and in the public domain; they are a particularly common power supply in off-world habitats such as space stations."

I also thought that by products like toxic waste or garbage could become by products from PI and that 'Passengers' could also come from PI, maybe to line them up for future industrial teams or even taxi mission content (damned tourists), also, isn't it about time we got an 'enslave' and 'free slaves' option?

All I can think of is "How would this bring something new to EVE" other than its something else the the cargo-hold of the PI haulers that I blow up in w-space?

I don't mean to be harsh, I just think you need to add some more detail/substance to your idea.

It's not harsh but I honestly can't see how I could add any more substance to the idea, and if i did it wouldn't matter due to it being CCP's job to flesh these things out and it was their roadmap that states they want players creating everything in game.
