Issues, Workarounds & Localization

For some time now I've been having connection problems with EVE. It started after i changed my ISP and I just thought it was the new ISP's fault. What happens is basically I can't play longer than 5-30 minutes, after that I just DC. I also lose all pockets when trying to ping TQ.

Since I was busy with RL I decided to just play Skill Queue Online until I have more free time to change the ISP.

Couple days ago I was talking to a friend and he jokingly suggested that it's something with my main character(the one I'm posting with) that makes EVE DC and not my ISP. Since I was extremely bored that day I decided why not test this theory and created a new trial account.

To my big surprise, when I created a new character on that account, stuck him in Jita and just started doing some station trading while I wait, I did not get disconnected. Not after an hour. Not after two hours. Not after that whole evening.

I now have completely no idea what the hell is happening here. Since I know that Jita is on a separate cluster from all the other systems, I'm going to try and do the same on a different character on my main account outside of Jita and then I will move my main character to Jita and look what happens then.

I'm creating this thread to ask if anyone has any idea what could possibly cause this to happen and how can I possibly fix this.

I'm going to post an update once I finish testing everything I mentioned above.
