Uninflated BPO's

First off, I've been away for about two years and for the most part I like the changes I'm seeing. One question though. Where are the BPO's being sold now? They used to be like skill books in that some stations had a nearly infinite supply at a set cost. Now all I find is player sold BPO's on the market for whatever price the market will take.

Nothing has changed on that front. Chruker data is still accurate; drill down to the blueprint you're looking for. NPC sellers will be near the bottom of the page.

They still are. Use the order length to determine if it's NPC, players are limited to 90 days, NPCs to a year.
Blueprints have all had their NPC prices increased in the last two years.

Now if you're looking at one of the trade hubs, you'll see a lot of player sell orders for BPOs too.

You can use EVE Central to see BPO prices, however you have to type the full name correctly as they don't come up in the list of items if you partially type a name, and you'll need to set the hours text box to something much higher than 24.
