Until the Minnies can get their TZ coverage back to pre #burnhuola levels I can't see the situation changing much. Amarr shouldn't want to push them out completely because they'll just have the local pirate alliances that aren't already blue to shoot, Minnies aren't in a position to contest Amarr home systems of any note.

FW needs a bit of attention.

It's not really a CCP problem this time, Minmatar need more players in particular time zones really. But hey flying against the odds is the Minmatar way! Just look at our ships!

I dunno, maybe faction corps 'own' ihubs and can set vulnerability timers a bit like a pos. That means bash fleets have to commit in a TZ where they'll see resistance instead of hitting it in the middle of the night in Stealth Bombers. Risk = Reward, bring out the BS fleets and actually fight for it. System not flipped in time? reset contested level and start again.

Except there isn't really any true cohesion across corps and alliances, even in the same faction.

People would end up timing i-hubs in the middle of the night or workday, or in the case of Amarr-Minmatar, in their own strong TZ, which happens to not be the strong TZ of the opposing faction.

Honestly FW had started its downhill march the moment they made i-hubs and system capture a thing. Plex warfare is boring as hell, and just a continual shitfest of frigs and more terribly fit frigs. As someone who had been in FW close to the beginning of FW, I fondly remember the times when mention of system control or bunkers = DGAF. We'd laugh at corps like Space Pervs who actually cared about capturing systems, and instead just brawled on gates with BS and BCs. Makes one wonder why FW pilots don't tend to stick around, and instead move onto better things, such as piracy.

I too, enjoying running around in Flycatcher fleets and getting no fights whatsoever.

You are funny, pirates are just parasites on FW content (and yeah with farm alts too). Why noone fly BC/BS etc? you are probably blind if said that. When someone undock BC+ (cruisers+ more likely) in Amarr/minmatar wz -> 99% they get blobed by DT, SC, you...

Last time we undock 8 BC + 3 cruisers and you use 45ppl fleet against us... so when you need outnumber and outgunned enemies then DO NOT CRY about that what FW pilots fly...

Iam personally so much bored fight every time pirates/neutrals instead of MFW pilots, because fights with MFW pilots is much more funny. last few ihubs bashes were funny until pirates ruins it...

sry for my English :-(

you have to take numbers of both militias and pirates into account, and the possibility of the window being deliberately set to the most convenient TZ to just avoid that sort of fight. and besides, pirates are just as big a menace as Amarr, if not bigger.

Well being outnumbered is easy to spin as "Our faction lives in a target rich environment" :p FWIW I hope recruiting works, I would like to see more fights and less fleets losing against the TZ. I would love to be fighting on the regular against doctrine fleets.

Huh I figured Lulm would have been attacked by now after that article, it's been a while since a good old fashioned system seige. But yes I think Hoplites are awesome...we are recruiting :p

Can we count on the Amarr showing up for Eszur tonight? Hopefully get some good fights?

Confirming. The only thing I've seen so far in this war zone that instills fear is being in a pricey pod with Mystical or Santos in system.
