I am in search of a sword known as Excalibur.

It is an artifact from a place fabled to be the origin of the human race.

This blade was taken from the realm by a lady in a lake according to vocal lore. The Lady of the Lake is an alien according to the same type of lore.

If there is any information regarding this sword please report your findings to myself and no one else.

It looks like a broadsword and there may be inscriptions on the hilt or on the blade.

It is rumored the sword and the Lady of the Lake will turn on any who attempt to wield the sword with malice in their heart and mind.

Do the right thing and bring it to me, your reward will be generous.

That is all. Happy hunting. Fly safe.

With a letter opener. If you have it mail me the pictures so I can verify it's authenticity.

A sword? A SWORD?! That is so silly! Instead of going after silly fairy tales, maybe you should be out there looking for the real legends of Amarr craftsmanship.

I've heard whispers. Rumors and hearsay that come all the way from the Amarr Templars. They told me, victory has a name...

'Bloodgrail'

Forged by the hands of Elder Priests of the Sani Sabik in UHKL-N, there has never been a Scrambler Riffle built by man more powerful than Bloodgrail. Few copies exit, and many have been lost on the battlefields of ancient Khanid. Some say it is the forbidden blood rituals that imbue the weapon, others say it is the unparalled craftsmanship combined with the minerals of Delve that confer its strength.

Seek out this weapon if you dare!

Plus Excalibur sounds ver Gallente-ish, therefor it is probably rubbish!

Although a water nymph with a magic sword does not form an ideal basis for any system of morality, I am certain the quest for such a duo would make for many fine cinematic moments. The broadsword is a Matari warship. Perhaps you should start your quest with Core Complexion.

Yes, yes! The one broadsword to interdict them all has crashed into an elemental base! Pulled free, it will lock down known space and prevent further ancient incursions into our present realm.

The Minmatar heavy interdictor was so poetically dreamt although the lore in which I search is based in a reality leading to the source of our ancestral origins. That is another clue though the name is missing for something so obvious.

No the item that I search for is an actual blade I must confess.

The legends of which you speak are tribal. They are not born of Empire or Federation, despite my people's fancy for fantasy and your people's occultist tomfoolery. Liberate a Sebiestor sorceress and seek out the old wizard who hides in that Nibelung State. Merlin will know where rests the broadsword within a broadsword.

Also... get points on gross with full merchandise participation.

Pass the popcorn. This is going to be entertaining.

A Minmatar warship is like a rusting Beetle with 500 horsepower Cardillac engines in the rear, armour plating bolted to chassis and a M2 Browning stuck on top.

This information is worthy of thanks. I will investigate the Merlinus character at once.

Probably Caldari Prime is the best source to start the search, as it is most likely source of all human life in the cluster.
However, talks about "aliens"... this doesn't look like 1st of April post anymore.
Please report to medbay.

Some four or five years ago I visited the Rouvenor museum on Gallente Prime. It has a great collection of ancient weaponry and armor, including classic swords of all types, some of them once owned by kings, knights of various orders and the like. Perhaps, you should start you search there.

On the other hand, a water spirit that gives a weapon to a hero - sounds like a tribal legend, and easily could have its origins on Matar. But that Ecx... Exc... whatever, is not a Matari word at all, so I'd stick with the ancient Gallente version.

Probably a Gallente variant of a Matari myth.

I had never heard any stories about water spirits though, but I had heard many, many stories about the Wolf and the Yetamo.

Aaaah, those. Vherokior favourite. Very effective when used on the back of those animals that run around on plains and flat terrain very fast. Just ride in at full gallop and swing that sword in sweeping motion. Sure to decapitate a person or two. I'm not sure what they are called. From what I was told the Sobaki Desert used to be teeming with those but they were brought into extinction during the Day of Darkness.

Swords are important cultural symbol in many places within the State.

They are also important to the Cyberknights of Khanid and play a major part in our graduation ceremony. My sword is engraved as you described, but it is black in color.

I think I remember hearing something about our King having such a blade. Though I don't believe there was any aquatic ceremony. I think his father left it to him. I suppose you could ask him about it.

"Angels live, they never die, Apart from us, behind the sky. They're fading souls who've turned to ice, So ashen white in paradise."

Excalibur has been found and returned to it's rightful scabbard. Thank you for your clues mates. They were very helpful.
