never classed a designer as a developer and never been classed as a developer either tbh, if i say im a developer someone will ask well what code do you write in? "i write in photoshop guys" but yeah the art department will focus on art related things which dont interfere with development side of the game "code"

because eing an artist doesn't exclude being a skilled coder ...

Not sure. It apparently has something to do with lighting a cyno next to an offline control tower, bringing in a capital ship, then activating the force field.

Never heard of it before yesterday myself.
