Hi All,

Hope this is in the right place. Had a look for custom pc topics and they seemed to be in here. If not feel free to move it mods.

Anyway I'm planning to build a PC for Eve and everything is settled save the GPU. I have been told Eve doesn't always like crossfire/SLI setups and as such been looking at the powerful single graphics card options. Looking at a 295X2 but I don't know if the crossfire problems I've heard about apply to a dual GPU card. Planning on running three clients over three screens at 1920x1080.

Any help you could give me would be appreciated.

Cheers

Thor

I ran my EVE clients in crossfire for a bit, and it didn't seem to boost the frame rates. I run my cards un-paired now.

The good news is, if you ever find yourself wishing that video games would "stay the same" while graphics cards got faster and faster... EVE is that game.
