Obelisk, as you'll need all the cargo space you can get!

Negative. Get a Rorq and compress it as you go.

Stealing from mission runners:
http://scopslog.blogspot.com/2010/03/ninja-ships-vigil.html
Something like this is a good idea. The important features are:
-Fast. Must be fast.
-Salvagers: You can make a lot of ISK just salvaging the wrecks, even without stealing (Okay, not a lot, but if you're going to their instances anyway, you should be salvaging)
-Good inertia, for faster aligns
-Cheap. You will blow up. You don't want to ninja salvage in a ship you'll give two thoughts about losing.

For stealing from miners: I'd recommend an industrial. Get up next to the can, align to a station, take the ore and warp. Should be very low risk. Reconsider taking ore if the miner has you locked, it could be bait; he might be one of those hilarious battleminers, who baits nubs and then plinks them to death is a mining ship. (then again, if it's 1m+ in ore and you're in a 500k Indy, maybe go ahead.)

any fits for these indy ships ive always been interested in the combat indy ships. I was thinking cloak and stealth up to the can then swipe it. stack the ship with smart bombs to destroy there drones if they attack me? Or ecm to jam them while i get away.

no just do it in a probe, if they attack you you lose a 10k isk ship, big deal

try to steal their mission objective then ransom them for like 100m

If you actually pull this off with a T1 industrial then it's because the mission runner was either AFK or they just don't care. With a Blockade Runner at least you *might* make it to the jet can. But consider the following:

1. a cloaked industrial (except BR) will have to warp onto grid uncloaked.
2. your cloaked speed will be in single digits
3. you will steal from one can before being targeted
4. no can of mission loot is worth the time and effort of this

People who steal mission loot are just doing it to try and draw aggro from the mission runner, so that the thief can then warp back in with a PvP ship able to take the mission runner down.

The vigil fit above is your best bet.

If you want to steal everything relatively quickly.

Iteron mark V
2 Salvager I
10 MN Afterburner
2 Medium Shield Extender I
2 Invulnerability Field I
3 Overdrives
2 Nanos

Does over 600 m/s Align time is pretty good, and can eat the alpha of most mission runners

Do it in a Stabber. Fleet Issue even better. Fast and agile it.

They won't have a point. An itty V with a tiny shield buffer will do you just fine for scooping miners. Fit a battle itty V if you want a chance of killing them for reflipping, or cargo if you just want the ore.

Mission runners, a cane with an MWD, 2-3 salvagers, cargo expanders, some shield buffer, then might as well fit a point some neuts and a few guns since you have space. If some marauder agresses you you can neut them out and let the rats kill em.

Again, missioners and miners don't have points, so you can just leave if they're on their way to popping you.

infiltrate corp, convince the CEO to make you a director, take all shares, empty all hangars/wallets, strip all roles, run for CEO, tear down their towers, give everyone fitting manager roles, set taxes to 100%, kick CEO and directors, blame everything on them, enjoy your new fiefdom

huh

a lot of corps don't touch shares, they just sit around waiting for some director to take them all
