FW - Make it have real consequences for citizens of new eden.

Objectives for militias that will lower security of key systems in opposing militias empire (trading routes, mission hubs) from highsec to lowsec. Thus, factions would have to defend their space to enable safe travel and missioning in highsec.

And scanning, local, cloak changes. It is too digital today. I think this thread "Hiding in Eve- Why We Cloak" gives a good idea of how to change the mechanics and create a kind of "terrain" in space.

Moons / moon goo changes - They should deplete and regenerate...
More live events - This is a really great idea for the whole community...

Not on list...
Make ICE deplete and re-spawn just like roids. That alone would stop botting...
(It'll upset the goons, so that will NEVER happen)
More ships...
Add more objects in solar systems. Example: Comets (something that's not in the game) and the ability to mine from then and have them deplete. Unlike everything elese in New Eden, actually have them orbit the solar system at a certain speed and make ships follow them. Oh look, a new mining ship idea!

Local Chat Intel removal with new DScan added

Wardec Overhaul (doesn't need to be major though they can just reverse all the nerfs and boost NPC corp tax)

Making player character's NPC standings meaningful, I would say Faction War, but the current incarnation of it is so far removed from what I think it should be it's kind of a lost cause.

* Bug fixes (this is on every list I mention)
* FW could use some fixing
* Spend some time working on storyline (not mission, but the interactions and consequences of actions by players and NPC's on the STORY of Eve)... Hire some game designers to work on actual storyline, not just purdy graphics and walls in CQ. (PS: I'm available for hire as such...)

Personally, I'd like to see the same ship restriction on low as there is on high. Might make things a bit more interesting in low (but then, I don't quite understand why so many people thing low needs to be "fixed", but hey...)

There is so many things that need love picking three is impossible.

1. Remove all forms of instant, zero risk, effortless forms of intel gathering. Introduce a scanner that has a vast degree of results depending on ship, pilot skill and most of all effort put into gathering intelligence.
2. Power projection needs a swift and hard colossal kick in the nuts. Being friends with someone eight regions away is fine, but the fact you can be there to help blob out a three man battlecruiser gang in a matter of a couple minutes is ******* ********.
3. Moon and POS revamp. Get rid of all forms of static income for that matter.

FW needs to be more like a war rather than an arena event tacked on to a low-sec area. Non FW players in war zones should be deemed spies and valid targets for both sides. Sorry 'alt' folks.

Missions are stale, and no matter how good the argument is that they are a stepping stone and not a main focus of the game, they are something that turn players away after a while. Really the interaction with NPCs needs an overhaul so that your standing has a more dynamic effect on your play.

The UI is horrible, hard to understand and hard to read. With it D-scan needs an overhaul as well and both need to be integrated as one unit.

TBH I kinda liked it that I could not fly the Hyperion for a long time or properly make use of the Abaddon. Gave me something to work for and long towards.


My top 3 would be then:
1: POS overhaul, as mentioned in the dead horse thread.
2: moon goo overhaul, make moons deplete and spawn new goo on random moons elsewhere or something like that.
3: fix low sec somehow

-As much as I personally hate mining, I must admit that it is a foundational element of the game. As such, a well-done overhaul could benefit every player in EVE.

There's been a lot of discussion, and consensus is that tiers in the BS class are pretty much fine as they are. The tiericide movement is focusing on t1 BC and lower hulls.

Each class of ship has different tiers. Tier 1 -3 of frigates - battleships. Tier 3 cost more becasue they take more minerals to make. They are generally better than the tier 1 version.

Some people want that to end. They don't want any differences in tier and want all the ships in each class to be balanced. I don't know what they want to balance them with though. Do they want all the ships to be as weak as tier 1 or as a strong ast tier 3? Do they want them all to take as many minerals to make? If so would they all take the same amount as tier 2 ships? Without any specific proposal its hard to know what they are looking for.
