Have there been any changes to the Slasher since 2013? I am no longer able to fit this configuration,

A small tip about this Slasher, it doesn't work well in the lowsec FW meta because most frigate brawlers you'll encounter will have ab/scram/web so they will have range control on you and you won't be able to capitalize on your speed and TD. Here's how I run my lowsec Slashers:

Basically the same fit but with an armor tank and a web instead, the tank is thin but if you use the right tactics against the right targets you can avoid most if not all of their dps. I've had great success with this fit and have killed some much more expensive faction frigates and even almost got a Succubus with it. The entire fit is cap stable including the neut so the neut makes up for the low dps since you can neut out most active tanked frigs (which is alot of them). You can even win against MWD long point kiting turret ships like the Slicer by using optimal TD to force them closer and snag em with an overheated web or force them to warp away.
