Contracts with 0 isk

I just noticed that when I'making a contract to my alt (same account) with 0 isk (pay and receive), I getting the notification of a new contract assigned to me, but when I'm clicking on it, nothing happen : it does not appear.

I made it wiht 1 isk, and it worked :s

I get the same issue, I haven't tried it with 1 isk, I have to wait for my corp members to come on and try that. But kicker is I don't know who the 2nd issuer was.

Any fixes for this?
