We here in the Crime and Punishment forum are highly dedicated to the pursuit of justice and truth at every turn, and tend to judge every similar post on individual merits. In this case, I see no such evidence to back up these claims.

Snatch Boz appears to be the victim of a malicious campaign of besmirchment for doing, by your own admission, nothing wrong. After all, 'and/or' in your statement can only logically or reasonably imply that either option is acceptable, and if he was prevented from accessing the PUBLIC hangar to securely return the ship, he really can't be blamed for not doing so. In fact, I'd assume he naturally tried to, only to find access revoked or to find himself possibly even kicked entirely from the corporation.

As for the loss of a ship in this kind of situation, as a fellow CEO, I can only assume that you take responsibilities for such obvious failings in security of corp members, especially if you have decided that they are not worth more rigorous protection of their assets. Think how vulnerable and violated their own trust must feel, knowing that their 'leader' cares so little for their wellbeing as to allow the property they have placed in your care to be treated with such disdain.

Personally, I would suggest that the reparations for such a slanderous and defamatory attack launched without this evidence should be, at the very least, one (presumably fitted) Legion class cruiser given to Snatch Boz. Whether or not the original owner of the missing, presumed lost ship of your fellow corp member is reimbursed is your choice, but there is definitely a moral obligation to make an attempt to do as such, even if an explicit demand is not made.
