Have you tried undocking?

Post with your NPC alt main and not your main main alt!

i was on an understanding people can be banned for such things like spamming dual requests when you are being engaged etc

you may petition convo spam, unwanted contracts with messages and trade window spam.

use the proper category.

This one time, I shot a dude in Jita.

The next time I undocked he spammed me with bullets. After having the GM laugh at me for petitioning it, I came and spammed the forum about it.

That showed them! No one messes with Mr Epeen!

its been going on for over 1 hour now and its starting to **** me off, i live in jita and its locking me down because every time he opens trade and closes and reopens it defaults my curser to middle of screen

So have you tried undocking? Or switching stations?
