Can't online POS modules

Hello,

my POS went offline last Saturday due to a lack of fuel (oops). I refueled and put it back online today about 10 minutes before DT. So the POS actually turned on during downtime.
Now after logging back in as soon as the servers were back up I tried to online my modules, but nothing happened. They were anchored and when I tried to put one module online, I got an error message saying that this module is already active. I tried onlining the other modules and I got this error message all the time. The status didn't change from 'Anchored' to 'Online'.
I was able to put stuff into and take stuff out of my modules only when I was inside 3000m range. Also the factories were listed in the industry window as available facilities.
I tried repositioning every module and restartet the tower, but nothing works - the problem still exists.

EDIT: I can't use my Ship Mainenance Array either. Same issue when trying to online and I am unable to change my ship's fitting.

file bug report and ticket to support GM should assist you and fix this. its known issue
