There are various sites that provide intel genius, but none that go so far as too explicitly state whether the wormholes are occupied or have any offlined towers anchored . Some sites will suggest a system may be empty, others will show various stats regarding activity/npc/pod kills etc etc, but none of them provide the information that I am looking for. Current intel suggests all bar one may be occupied. All I'm looking for is confirmation of that, and if one of them happens to be empty then I'm more than willing to pay the 1b for the logistics bm's.

Now, just for the record, when you called Trinket 'genius' ... was that sarcasm or sincerity? It is hard to tell on the internets.

"Intel genius" must be some kind of thing, for a site to rovide it. I am not sure I have any "intel genius" to give you. I have regular old genius. But it is hard to give genius, because genius is as much a concept as it is a thing; a vaguely defined state of intellectual capacity below which one is not a genius at intel or anything, and above which one is. Of course, i would consider myself a genius at intel or anything, but i must accept that self-diagnosis of "intel genius" is hazardous as to overall veracity. Much like my opinion of you is that of a carebear seeking fortune, not PVP. This may be untrue, of course, because your idea of PVP may revolve around smartbomb camps in your C6 RG.
