This is a great fit for blitzing. But let me explain, with the Polarized Guns you definitly need a Crystal Set. But with Crystals you got a 1.5k m/s fast ship, with 1511 Hail DPS on BS on 3+39km and a 560 dps Tank.
Plus Geckos you deal around 1757 DPS with Imps etc.

It´s about 2.6 bil, but just try it. I was happy and really fast with that Macha. Dont fly it in know Code Space or travel with it many many jumps cause actually the Gank Risk is to much high, but thats in every ship worth more then 1 bil.

Learn to avoid ganks. And just Post 2010 New Age Highsec Pseudo Pro´s get wet pants because of 2.5 bil Ships. Maybe join Code or Marmite or Deadly Fingertips or Spacewarriors (insert random ex- WOW Plebs. ;)

Unless it's a CPU issue, I can't see an extra 300m ISK to justify a +1.25% tracking speed increase. You'd be better off adding a 2% implant for a fraction of that. The same goes for the 4th Faction gyrostabilizer, as you're again paying 100m to benefit from about 1% damage. Does the heavy nosferatu even work on NPCs?

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.
